Plainte des acteurs de la Société Civile contre le Procureur de la République Gabonaise devant la  Commission Nationale de Lutte contre l’'enrichissement illicite

Le Réseau Gabonais de Bonne Gouvernance (ROLGB) présidé par M. Georges MPAGA, (Tel. +241 – 07 51 99 32) , l’ONG AFRIQUE-HORIZONS, présidé par M. Alain MOUPOPA (Tel. +241 06 73 34 73), Marc ONA ESSANGUI, Président de Brainforest (+241 07 29 41 40) agissant comme acteurs de la Société Civile au Gabon, pour la transparence et la bonne gouvernance, ont porté plainte vendredi 10 octobre contre M. Alaba Fall Bosco, Procureur de la République du Gabon et neveu du Président  Omar Bongo Ondimba, devant la nouvelle Commission Nationale de Lutte contre l’enrichissement illicite.

Invoquant les articles 28 , 2 et 3  de la Loi no 2/2003 sur l'enrichissement illicite, La Société Civile a porté plainte :

-        pour enrichissement illicite contre monsieur ALABA Fall Bosco, Procureur de la République Gabonaise ;

-        pour complicité d’enrichissement illicite et recel contre Angue Kpako Constant, et consorts.

L’hypothèse de l’existence d’un sérieux problème posé par des avoirs bancaires somptueux (dépôts en liquides  versés en 24h totalisants près de 330 millions de francs Cfa soit près de 500 000 € ou encore  $ 800 000 ) du Procureur de la République auto-proclamé « chef de la justice » dans les différentes opération « mains propres » diligentés, après le discours du président Omar Bongo Ondimba contre la corruption en décembre 2007,  incommensurable avec son statut de fonctionnaire et son traitement mensuel ( 1 250 000 cfa soit € 1900 ) est de nature à décrédibiliser durablement les engagements du Gabon en faveur de la bonne gouvernance devant la communauté internationale.

La Société Civile gabonaise organise une conférence de presse sur son dépôt de plainte ce Mardi 14 octobre au siège de Brainforest à Libreville. Elle y expliquera les tenants et les aboutissants de cette affaire à partir de 10 h.
